| A. | Once you register your cell phone with Brama4students you will be given a local 'call back' access number. Dial the 'call back' number and you will hear a busy signal. The call will be dropped, hang up and wait for the call back. Our network recognizes your caller ID and calls you back within 5-10 seconds with dialling instructions. All you have to do now is simply enter the 11 digit destination phone number (1 + area code + phone number) followed by the pound (#) key. Brama4students will then connect your call. It's important that you have the 'Unlimited Incoming Calls' feature with your cellular plan from your phone provider. |

| Q. | How does the Virtual number work? |
| A. | Once you sign up, Brama4students will provide you your local hometown phone number. This will allows your friends and family back home to dial and reach you on your cell phone anywhere in Canada. This eliminates all long distance charges for your close ones. The way this feature works is that once they dial the virtual number our network right away forwards the call to your cell phone and you are able to speak for as long as you want at no additional fees or charges. |

| Q. | How do I make a call with Brama4students? |
| A. | To make a call just dial your local access number from your cell phone. Our network recognizes your caller ID as a Brama4students client and connects you right away to our network. You are now able to make a call across Canada for free. Simply dial the 11 digit phone number you wish to dial (1 + area code + phone number) followed by the pound (#) key. |

| Q. | Am I able to use the 'Call back' feature outside of my local calling area? |
| A. | You are able to use Brama4students's 'Call back' service outside your calling area; however, roaming charges may apply. Make sure to check your mobile phone provider for roaming rates. |

| A. | Click 'Sign up' on Brama4students's homepage. Make sure to correctly choose the plan you wish to subscribe. |

| Q. | How do I pay for the service? |
| A. | We only accept credit card payments. Once you sign up online make sure to input your proper credit card information on your account. We also accept credit card payments over the phone. |

| Q. | How much will I be charged for the service? |
| A. | Depending on the plan you choose, you will be charged $7.70 plus applicable taxes for the Basic plan, $13.70 plus applicable taxes for the Plus plan. If you choose the virtual number feature you will also be charged an additional $5.00 plus applicable taxes per month. | Q. | How do I make long distance calls? |
| A. | To make long distance calls, simply dial the country code followed by the area code and phone number. |

| Q. | The 'Call back' feature does not work on my phone, what's wrong? |
| A. | Make sure to disable your 'restricted/Unknown feature' on your cell phone when dialling the access number; our network must be able to recognize your cell number to verify that you are a Brama4students member. If your call shows Private Number or Unavailable, dial *82 before dialling the local access number to display your caller id number to our server. |

| Q. | Will my current cell phone provider charge me anything extra? |
| A. | As long as you subscribe to 'unlimited Incoming Calls' plan from your cellular phone provider and you receive a call back within your local calling area, you will not be charged. If you are outside of your local calling area, your service provider will charge you of ROAMING fees. |

| Q. | Can I use the long distance plans for my home phone? |
